Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Sprott Money Collectibles, a subsidiary of Sprott Money Ltd., Loyalty and Rewards Program is available only to customers who make purchases directly through the Sprott Money Collectibles website. This program does not apply to purchases made through other platforms or marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or any other site where Sprott Money Collectibles products are sold.
2. Earning Points: Customers will earn loyalty points for each qualifying purchase made on the Sprott Money Collectibles website. The number of points awarded per transaction will be determined by the current terms of the program, which are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Redeeming Points: Points earned through the program can only be redeemed for purchases made on the Sprott Money Collectibles website. Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for purchases made on other platforms or marketplaces.
4. Account Requirements: To earn and redeem points, customers must have an active account on the Sprott Money Collectibles website. Points will be credited to the account associated with the qualifying purchase.
5. Program Changes: Sprott Money Collectibles, a subsidiary of Sprott Money Ltd., reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty and Rewards Program at any time, including changes to the points earning structure, redemption process, and terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated via the Sprott Money Collectibles website.
6. Fraud and Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, may result in the forfeiture of points and termination of the customer's account.
7. Limitation of Liability: Sprott Money Collectibles, a subsidiary of Sprott Money Ltd., is not liable for any technical issues, system errors, or any other circumstances that may prevent the earning or redemption of loyalty points.
8. Program Participation: By participating in the Sprott Money Collectibles Loyalty and Rewards Program, customers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines or rules associated with the program.
9. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sprott Money Collectibles, a subsidiary of Sprott Money Ltd., operates.
